Oh good! In our education system there are wonderful people – true professionals, competent, energetic, and hardworking. The jury of the FIRST TEACHER in 2016 consists of such people.
The jury evaluates the essays in the 1st round and the oral competition of the teachers in the second round. This work is done accurately, timely, in a friendly manner and without pathos. Each member of the jury worked in the project free of charge in their spare time, nevertheless was to perform the work as scheduled.
According to the contest rules participants can submit essays either in Kyrgyz or in Russian – up to the participant’s choice. In the oral competition – the same conditions. Each jury member is fluent in at least two languages: Kyrgyz and Russian. It’s not unusual, you say, in our country! However, we know of many people who have lived here all their lives, but speak only Russian language, in particular, this phenomenon is common in the capital. And there are those who are fluent in Kyrgyz as for Russian language skills of these people – they are limited to household use in some situations. Our jury members speak the national language and official language to the extent that it allows, coupled with professional literacy to rate the works of teachers.
