In 2022, our foundation established an award for primary school teachers in the Kyrgyz Republic who have at least 15 years of experience in the profession and have prepared at least 3 grades of primary school students for the next stage of education at school.

We are confident that worthy representatives of the profession received this award, because according to the Regulations on the award, after the initial verification of documents, the decision to award it to a teacher is made by a group of experts of at least 7 people. The award is given only with the unanimous decision of all seven experts.
ABOUT THE AWARD “SIGN OF RESPECT” No. 1
The first award in 2022 was presented to the teacher Taalaibek Myrzabaev, a teacher at school No. 21 named after K. Karachev of Sary-Dobo village, Tyup district, Issyk-Kul region. In the course of the previous, 10th FIRST TEACHER competition, in which he participated as the host of the event, Taalaibek Myrzabaevich was awarded Certificate No. 1 on the award. At that moment, our badges were not yet made.
We managed to present the badge to him during the prize excursion of schoolchildren from the village of Sary-Dobo, which took place on June 3-5, 2022. The badge was presented on Ala-Too Square in the presence of schoolchildren and fellow teachers. We hope that this event has become memorable for the recipient!
Awarding and presenting the award to a worthy teacher, congratulations on behalf of the foundation brought us great joy!
ABOUT AWARDING THE “SIGN OF RESPECT” AWARD IN 2023
During the 2022/2023 academic year, the foundation received packages of documents from primary school teachers with relevant work experience. After their study and verification, the documents were handed over to the experts.

You may have noticed that among the awardees there is a teacher, Isakova Nurjan Shamuratovna, who became one of the experts. Of course, she did not participate in the decision on her candidacy. In addition, Kydykova Gulnara works in the same school where the director is Nazira Osmonbayeva, an expert. In this case, other experts also reviewed the teacher’s documents.
In order to avoid such cases, it was important for us to create a group not of 7 experts, but of 9 professionals.

ABOUT FUTURE AWARDS
The Foundation will continue the annual awarding of the “SIGN OF RESPECT” award in accordance with the Regulations on the award. We plan to continue presenting the badge once a school year during the award ceremony for the winners of the “FIRST TEACHER” contest.
